About the Role

We're hiring a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Associate to join our B2C

sales team. You'll own the full sales cycle from engaging inbound leads to closing.

helping students choose the right path for their study-abroad journey while driving revenue

for Yocket.

What You'll Do

Drive direct revenue through consultative B2C sales conversations with students and

parents

Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Engage leads across calls, WhatsApp, and email; follow up proactively to move prospects

through the funnel





Build trust and rapport with students and families to understand their goals and recommend

the right services

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM through every stage of the sales process

What We're Looking For

Fresher to minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience (EdTech background is a plus, not a

requirement)

A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Robust communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Comfort working in a rapid-paced, high-velocity, target-driven environment

Working familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
