Roles and Responsibilities:
Administer Microsoft Intune environments, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application management.
Manage and support Android and iOS mobile devices through Intune-based administration workflows.
Perform mobile testing to validate device policies, application behavior, enrollment flows, and user access scenarios.
Investigate and resolve mobile device, policy deployment, access, and configuration issues.
Support Microsoft 365 endpoint administration and maintain operational records for device and policy changes.

Skills Required:
4 - 8 years of relevant experience in Intune administration, mobile device management,



or endpoint support.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and mobile device management.
Practical experience supporting Android and iOS devices in an enterprise workplace.
Experience executing mobile testing across enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application scenarios.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and endpoint administration processes.

Positive to Have:
Experience supporting Windows devices through endpoint management platforms.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) degree.
