SISYA CLASS is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to support students and parents, resolve queries, and ensure an excellent learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls from parents and students.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
Coordinate with teachers, academic mentors, and technical teams to resolve problems.
Follow up on student attendance, classes, homework, and academic progress.
Build solid relationships with parents to improve customer satisfaction and student retention.
Manage course renewal follow-ups and support existing customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
Collect parent feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Assist parents with app onboarding, live classes, and technical queries.
Achieve daily and monthly customer support performance targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:



Any degree (Graduation).
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu. Hindi is an added advantage.
Valuable interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred.
Solid listening skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
Previous experience in EdTech, customer support, BPO, or telecalling is an advantage.
