Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a mix of on-site work at the Kids Club and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Sales Specialist engages with prospective and existing families, explains program offerings, and provides guidance to help them select suitable services. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, conducting follow-up calls and messages, managing walk-in interactions, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions.



The Sales Specialist collaborates with the team to meet sales targets, supports promotional activities, and provides feedback on customer preferences and trends. The role also involves coordinating with program staff to ensure smooth onboarding of families and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with families and colleagues.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve targets, manage pipelines, and support revenue growth.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills to guide families through offerings and support internal staff on sales processes.
Candidates should have basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools.
Candidates should demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, problem-solving abilities, and comfort working with children and caregivers.
Prior experience in retail, education, hospitality, or child-focused services is beneficial.
A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
