Certification: NEBOSH Certification – Mandatory

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to ensure workplace safety, compliance with statutory regulations, and implementation of health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor workplace Health, Safety & Workplace (HSE) policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Identify potential workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and statutory requirements.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee awareness sessions.
Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports.




Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain safety documentation, records, and compliance reports.
Coordinate emergency preparedness and safety drills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–4 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer.
NEBOSH Certification is mandatory.
Valuable knowledge of workplace safety standards and HSE practices.
Experience in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
