Roles and Responsibilities:
Configure IBM Maximo applications, modules, workflows, security settings and business rules based on functional requirements.
Develop and maintain Maximo customizations using appropriate application, object structure and automation capabilities.
Design, implement and support integrations between Maximo and internal or external enterprise applications.
Assess technical requirements, prepare solution designs and estimate development effort for Maximo enhancements.
Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis and deliver secure application fixes and improvements.

Skills Required:
5 - 10 years of relevant experience in IBM Maximo technical implementation, enhancement or support.
Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo 9.x or later,



including technical configuration and customization.
Solid understanding of Maximo integration architecture and enterprise system interfaces.
Ability to design maintainable Maximo solutions supporting complex asset and work management processes.
Experience translating business requirements into Maximo technical solutions and supporting application testing and releases.

Positive to Have:
Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting and validation.

Education: B.Tech, B.E. or B.Tech M.Tech dual degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
