Role Description The Senior Architect role at Sathish's Swanlines Architects is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design from concept development through detailed design, preparing drawings, specifications, and presentations for client review and approvals. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors, overseeing integration of design elements, and ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule. The Senior Architect will manage multiple projects, guide junior team members, participate in site visits and inspections, and ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.



The position requires active collaboration with clients and stakeholders to translate functional needs into effective, sustainable architectural solutions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated experience leading complex projects.
Experience with Integration and coordination across structural, MEP, and other allied disciplines.
Proven Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
Working understanding of Software Development or digital tools relevant to architecture (e.g., CAD/BIM, 3D modeling, design visualization).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and valid qualified registration/licensure (or eligibility) as applicable.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
Ability to mentor junior team members, manage client relationships, and make informed decisions under time and budget constraints.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles; experience in Bengaluru or similar urban context is an advantage.
