Key Responsibilities
Candidate from Manufacturing background
Collection Management: Ensure timely collection of customer payments as per agreed credit terms.
Ageing & Escalation: Monitor overdue outstanding and escalate cases exceeding 90 days.
Ledger Reconciliation: Resolve customer ledger discrepancies, invoices, credit/debit notes and TDS issues.
Suspense Payments: Track unidentified payments and coordinate for necessary clarification.
Critical Account Handling: Manage high-value overdue accounts and develop recovery plans.
Customer Visits: Visit customers for critical collection and recovery cases.
MIS & Monitoring: Prepare and review collection MIS, ageing and overdue reports.
Credit Control: Highlight high-risk customers and recommend credit limit or supply restrictions.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Commercial teams to resolve collection issues.
