Role & Responsibilities
Develop and deliver high-performance Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and MVVM architecture.
Own and manage the end-to-end Android build and release process, including Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Gradle), and Play Store rollouts, ensuring zero rollback incidents.
Handle maintenance releases (MRs) and security updates, including patch integration, versioning, and stability improvements.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams in Agile/Scrum settings for seamless integration and timely delivery.
Perform build log analysis, crash debugging (Firebase Crashlytics), and lifecycle/coroutine optimizations, improving app stability and performance.
Implement offline-first architectures with Room DB + WorkManager, reducing sync issues and ensuring reliability in low-network environments.
Build and maintain modular, reusable Compose UI libraries and SDK-like components, accelerating current feature development by 20%.
Ensure robust app quality through unit testing (JUnit) and UI testing (Espresso)



with 80%+ test coverage, minimizing regressions.
Monitor and analyze post-release metrics with Firebase Analytics and GCP pipelines, enabling proactive fixes and reducing issue detection time.

Mandatory
Strong background in Android app development, build, and release management.
Proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and MVVM architecture.
Expertise in Git/Gerrit workflows and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Gradle).
Experience with Firebase Crashlytics, Analytics, and Play Store release processes.
Solid debugging and build log analysis skills.

Positive to Have
Experience with Bluetooth/BLE device connectivity and SDK-like module development.
Knowledge of cloud-based monitoring pipelines (e.g., GCP logging).
Exposure to configuration management in Android OS/domain.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and cross-functional collaboration.
