Position: Satellite Manager (STM)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor multiple stores operations.
Supervise store staff and ensure adequate manpower availability.
Monitor inventory, stock inwarding, and stock accuracy.
Ensure timely order processing, picking, packing, and delivery.
Track store performance and achieve operational targets.
Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and company SOPs.
Coordinate with Area Managers and other teams to resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
Experience in retail, grocery, or quick-commerce operations preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
