Completion of L&D; activities with BHR Guidelines
100% completion of employee engagement activities as per annual calendar.
Completion of 100% activities wrt MDP Creation, Updation and completion for all management cadre employees including Talent Pool members.
Issuing of gate pass to project and operation (supply & BSR) ensuring all statutory registration.
End to end recruitment activities of O&S;, Retainers and Apprentices within BHR guidelines.
Zero non-compliance during SPSA, TPSA & Internal audit.
Mobility Management and FNF of Employees, Updating of Compensation Input in Poornata Portal
At the time of appraisal going to complete the Performance cycle Process of all employees
