Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop user stories.
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports.
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or quality.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in mobile banking development.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements




Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum framework.
Experience working on mobile banking projects with knowledge of relevant technologies and trends.
