Key Responsibilities:
Execute functional testing of WLAN features (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be)
Work on Wi-Fi protocols including WPA2/WPA3, MU-MIMO, OFDMA, Beamforming, MLO, and Roaming
Utilize tools like Spirent, Ixia, Chariot, Veriwave, iperf for traffic generation and analysis
Perform packet-level analysis using Wireshark, Omnipeek, or similar
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, isolate, and resolve defects
Write and maintain automation scripts in Python, Perl, or TCL
Must-Have Skills:
Robust knowledge of IEEE 802.11 standards
2 - 4 years of hands-on test experience in WLAN domain
Familiarity with wired networking (Ethernet) is a plus
Positive understanding of networking layers (L1-L3)
Experience with Linux and Windows environments
Automation scripting skills (Python/Perl/TCL) are mandatory
Knowledge on Easymesh, Mesh topology etc.
