Role & responsibilities
The Sr. Engineer MEP will oversee planning, execution, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, firefighting and plumbing works for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise MEP execution at site as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors for MEP services.
Review MEP shop drawings, layouts, and technical submissions.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of MEP works.
Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems.
Prepare progress and compliance reports
