1Duties and Responsibilities:
Transaction Review – Review day-to-day business transactions to identify errors, unusual activity, process

deviations, and potential control issues.
Process Monitoring – Monitor assigned business processes and ensure transactions are processed in

accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
ERP/WMS Review – Review transactions and information in NetSuite, WMS, and other business systems to

identify discrepancies and process issues.
Exception Identification – Identify unusual or incorrect transactions and gather the required information to

understand the issue and its potential impact.
Issue Documentation – Clearly document identified issues, supporting details, transaction references, and

relevant business impact.
Issue Follow-up – Coordinate with the respective teams to obtain explanations, track resolutions, and

ensure identified issues are addressed.
Reporting – Prepare regular updates and summaries of identified issues, trends, and outstanding items for

review by the Senior Associate/Manager.
Team Support – Support Senior Associates and Managers with audits, special reviews, data analysis, and





other Internal Audit activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors / master’s degree with a minimum of 1 – 4years of experience in INTERNATIONAL BPO,

specialization in the Order Management is preferred.
The candidate should have relationship management skills since the jobwill involve Liaoning with
customers andUS stakeholders.
The Candidate should have theability to multi-task, prioritize and ability to learnmore and be flexible.
The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills with all

levels of employees and management.
The candidate should haveexcellent PC skills and should be well versedwithMicrosoft Products like Excel,
Word and Access (optional).
Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and Solid problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and valuable follow up skills.
Ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels with minimal supervision

and assumes accountability for issues until final resolution.
