Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cafe Staff role based in Indore. The Cafe Staff member will greet guests, take orders, and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit. Daily responsibilities include preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the cafe area, and ensuring all items are presented neatly and on time. The role also involves following food safety and hygiene procedures, handling basic cash or POS transactions, restocking supplies, and supporting other team members during busy hours.



Cafe Staff are expected to follow company guidelines, maintain a professional appearance, and create a friendly setting for guests.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage handling.
Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and Customer Service.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Safety and basic hygiene practices.
Positive communication skills and the ability to interact courteously with diverse customers.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as carrying trays and cleaning tables.
Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting is an advantage.
Basic numerical skills for handling billing and POS systems.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends or peak times as required.
