Role & responsibilities :

To be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop relationships with past, current and potential customers.
Support, guide and train sales teams in lead generation and follow ups.
Should keep a track of impact of marketing activities/campaigns on sales pipeline.
Team Management
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and development prospects.
Set performance goals and objectives for team members and monitor progress.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence within the team.
Customer Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including property agents, brokers, and individual buyers.




Ensure excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and skilled manner.
Develop and implement customer retention strategies to maintain customer loyalty.
Market Intelligence
Conduct market research and analyse competitor activity to stay ahead of the market.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
Analyze market data and provide insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management, including sales performance, market analysis and customer feedback.
Analyse sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding business growth.
