Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Management, Sample Management, and Sample Logistics Management within the diagnostic segment.

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the diagnostic segment by building relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, healthcare institutions, and corporate clients.
Manage existing client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify prospects for business growth and long-term engagement.
Drive business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets, expand the client base, and strengthen the company's presence in the diagnostic services market.
Coordinate with diagnostic laboratories, collection centres, healthcare institutions, and logistics teams to ensure smooth sample collection, transportation, and delivery.
Oversee sample management and logistics processes to ensure timely sample movement, proper handling, tracking, and adherence to defined quality standards.
