Position Overview

We are looking for passionate and result-driven Inside Sales specialists who have experience inselling high-value solutions to merchants and SMBs. The role focuses on onboarding and enabling

small and medium businesses to establish and enhance their digital presence, helping them improvecustomer visibility, traffic, and revenue generation across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sellingskills, with the ability to build robust relationships with business owners and drive revenue growth.

Function Related Activities / Key Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition & Revenue Generation
Engage with SMBs and merchants through calls and virtual meetings to understand theirbusiness needs and recommend suitable digital solutions.
Drive end-to-end sales closure for high-ticket offerings and achieve assigned revenuetargets.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective follow-ups and relationshipmanagement.
Educate merchants on the value proposition of digital visibility and its impact on businessgrowth.





Consultative Selling & Customer Engagement
Understand merchant pain points and provide tailored solutions that enhance their digitalpresence and customer reach.
Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Build long-term relationships with merchants to ensure trust and repeat businessopportunities.
Handle objections effectively and negotiate commercial terms to close deals.

Field Coordination & Meeting Management
You will be in the video calls/meeting with the RM who will assist in scheduling meetings withprospective merchants.
Ensure meetings scheduled by field teams are valid and comply with defined businessguidelines.
Coordinate seamlessly with field teams to maximize conversion opportunities and improveproductivity.
Provide feedback to the field team to improve lead quality and meeting effectiveness.
