Roles & Responsibilites
Act as the main point of contact for event clients
Understand client briefs, objectives, and budgets
Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams
Prepare event proposals, timelines, and costing sheets
Present concepts and event plans to clients
Manage vendors, venues, and on-ground logistics
Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution
Be present on ground during live events
Track budgets and ensure projects stay profitable
Handle client feedback, changes, and escalations
Prepare post-event reports and share learnings
Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business
Mentor and guide junior client servicing executives
