The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality and the ability to convert admission enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
Counsel parents about preschool programmes, curriculum, facilities and fee structure.
Convert prospective parents' enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Conduct school tours and explain our teaching methodology.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective parents.
Maintain enquiry records and admission databases.
Build strong relationships with parents and ensure a positive admission experience.
Coordinate with the academic and management teams.
Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns and school events.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing and negotiation abilities.
Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and WhatsApp.
Ability to handle parents professionally and confidently.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
