Job Description:
Manage collection and recovery activities for assigned MF loan portfolios.
Ensure timely collection of EMI installments and overdue amounts from customers.
Conduct field visits for follow-up with delinquent and overdue customers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with borrowers and center members.
Monitor repayment trends and identify high-risk accounts.
Achieve collection efficiency and recovery targets as defined by the organization.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolution regarding loan repayments.
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure repayment discipline.
Negotiate repayment plans with customers facing financial difficulties.
Coordinate with Branch, Credit, Operations, and Legal teams for recovery actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, collection practices, and regulatory norms.
Prepare daily collection reports and maintain accurate records in the system.
Support reduction of bucket roll-forward and NPA accounts.
Assist in conducting center meetings and customer awareness programs.
