Key Responsibilities
Ensure implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
Monitor compliance with company quality policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Report QMS performance and improvement needs to top management.
Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
Maintain quality documentation, records, manuals, and procedures.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
Ensure process improvements and continual improvement activities.
Coordinate with departments for quality objectives and KPI tracking.
Support customer audits, certification audits, and inspections.
Provide training and guidance to employees on quality systems and standards. Skills Required:
Knowledge of ISO standards
Robust documentation and analytical skills
Audit handling experience
Communication and coordination skills
