Basics of Contact center applications
Concepts, Telephony, key terminology, CTI, Screenpop, call recording, inbound/outbound calling, WFM, reporting, key CCaaS players, how Amazon Connect different from other players
Experience with Amazon Connect setup and configuration (contact flows, routing profiles, queues, quick connects, hours of operation, agent settings).
Contact Flows (blocks, error handling, Lex integration, DTMF/speech input, disconnect flows, whisper flows, queue hold experience).
Integration with CRM like SFDC or any third party.
AWS Ecosystem Integration
Proficiency with AWS Lambda for serverless backend functions.
Integrating Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly,



AWS DynamoDB, Amazon S3, AWS SNS, and AWS SQS for IVR and chatbot automation.
Understanding of Contact Trace Records (CTR), real-time metrics streams, and Kinesis event handling
