Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Support Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. The role involves L2/L3 support, advanced troubleshooting, platform configuration, administration and governance, ensuring reliable and secure document collaboration across the enterprise.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, resolving complex technical issues and recurring incidents.
Configure and administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, sharing settings and other platform-level configurations.
Manage OneDrive settings, file synchronization issues, sharing configurations and access-related troubleshooting.
Use PowerShell to automate administrative tasks, inspect configurations and support bulk operations across SharePoint and OneDrive.
Understand Microsoft 365 governance, security, data protection, external sharing and compliance requirements, and ensure configurations align with established policies.
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 collaboration issues involving Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.




Collaborate with infrastructure, security and other technical teams to resolve complex incidents and implement platform improvements.
Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge articles to improve support efficiency.

Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 support, administration or collaboration engineering.
Robust hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business configuration, administration and advanced troubleshooting.
Experience managing SharePoint site settings, permissions, document libraries and sharing configurations.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint and OneDrive administration and automation.
Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, security, data protection, external sharing and compliance.
Working knowledge of Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving and incident management skills in an enterprise setting.

Good to Have
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps and other Microsoft 365 applications.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune and identity/access management.
