Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Team Lead to lead our team of machine learning and computer vision engineers for video analytics project.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in developing and deploying machine learning models, and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver successful AI/ML projects for video analytics.
Lead a team of machine learning and computer vision engineers to deliver high-quality AI/ML solutions for video analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions.
Develop and maintain project plans, and timelines.
Ensure that all AI/ML solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies, and evaluate their
potential impact on our business.
Manage team performance, provide mentorship and career development opportunities,



and foster a positive team culture.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models
Experience in leading a team of machine learning engineers.
Robust programming skills in C++ and another relevant programming language.
Experience with machine learning libraries and SDK such as OpenCV, OpenVino, TensorRT, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NVIDIA Deepstream SDK, etc.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
