About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Business Associate – SEM to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for client accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in search engine marketing, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), preferably with exposure to D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, manage, and optimize day-to-day Google Ads campaigns.
Manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and other relevant campaign formats.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve business objectives and client KPIs.
Manage Google Merchant Center (GMC), including product feed monitoring and troubleshooting.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, impressions, conversions, and revenue.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search query analysis.
Optimize bidding strategies, budgets, ad copies, keywords, and audience targeting.




Identify performance improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with Google Ads developments, automation features, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management.
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and GA4.
Understanding of Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
Experience managing D2C campaigns is highly preferred.
Robust analytical skills and understanding of performance marketing metrics.
Knowledge of conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and reporting.
Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, including MCPs (Model Context Protocol), is preferred.
Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Background

Candidates from digital marketing agencies with a robust D2C portfolio or performance marketing teams at established D2C brands.
