About the Role: Data Governance Technology Lead / Solution Architect
Location: Hyderabad (Hyderabad-based candidates only)

Role Summary

You will guide the Data & Digital Asset Governance Technology team, leading engineers who use full-stack development, AI-assisted engineering practices, and the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform to create practical governance solutions. You will play a key role in making data and digital assets easier to find, understand, trust, and manage while balancing innovation, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
10 15 years of experience in Technology Engineering, Data Platforms, or Governance Technology, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale technology teams.
Strong expertise in Data Governance,



Metadata Management, and Governance Workflows.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience architecting or building workflows in Collibra.
Experience with Full Stack technologies, Cloud platforms, AI-enabled development, and contemporary engineering practices.
Strong understanding of risk, regulatory, and compliance-driven technology environments.
Solid stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across business, technology, risk, and compliance teams.
Background in Banking, Financial Services, or Asset Management strongly preferred.
Reliable career history and strong academic background from Tier-1/Tier-2 institutes preferred.
