Workplace Education & Outreach
Support outreach of ongoing programmes: Vasundhara Mitra, Mangrove Mitra, Nature Connect, People for Planet.
Liaise with schools, educators, volunteers, and NGOs.
Coordinate workshops, eco-trails, webinars, and awareness events.
Monitor programme progress and maintain documentation.
Support training and orientation for educators, master trainers, and volunteers.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
Maintain databases for corporates, schools and volunteers.
Track programme milestones, outputs, and outcomes.
Document case studies, feedback, and best practices.

Requirements
Master's degree - preferably in Environmental Studies, Education, Social Work, Sustainability, or related field. Applicants from Business / Communications will also be considered.
3 years' experience in programme coordination/ business development/education/outreach,



or CSR/community engagement.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Excel / Social Media channels.
Key Competencies Cooperative, cutting-edge, adaptable, responsible.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
Creativity in developing engagement activities and outreach content.
Willingness to travel across Maharashtra for field events.
Excellent people skills.
