Tagore Garden, Delhi We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Manager/ Counselor to lead and manage our franchisee run school.
Key Responsibilities
Handle parent enquiries and drive admissions through effective counselling and relationship building.
Ensure retention and satisfaction of existing families and children.
Plan and execute outreach programs to connect with prospective parents and the local catchment area.
Take complete ownership of centre operations and performance.
Manage staff, maintain discipline, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
Oversee upkeep, safety, hygiene, and overall presentation of the premises.
Build a positive, nurturing, and professional setting for children, parents, and team members.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid admission conversion and parent engagement abilities.
Self-starter with high ownership and accountability.
Leadership and team management skills.
