– Service Advisor Department: Service Industry: Automobile Reporting To: Service Manager

Key Responsibilities
Attend customers visiting the service centre and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately.
Explain required repairs, maintenance work, and estimated costs.
Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff for timely vehicle servicing.
Keep customers updated on vehicle repair status and delivery timelines.
Obtain customer approval for additional repairs.
Explain invoices and ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery.




Achieve assigned service revenue and customer satisfaction targets. Required Skills
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic automobile technical knowledge.
Knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance.
Problem-solving and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge and DMS/CRM handling. Qualification
ITI / Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. Experience
1–5 years of experience in an automobile service centre or dealership. Pay: ₹20,000.00
₹30,000.00 per month
