Role & responsibilities

Current business / site survey & submit proposal.

Regular Meeting with the client to understand the clients expectations.

To prepare MOMs & update the progress in Transition tracker.

To understand SOW & SLA / KPI agreed with client.

To prepare appropriate JDs & KRA for the positions being recruited at site.

To conduct interviews for Managerial & Supervisory cadre.

Prepare site specific Activity Planner, Job Cards, SOPs & checklists.

To train the site staff on the SOPs & Checklists prepared.

Regular meeting with site team to ensure the smooth progress of Transition & understand the challenges if any

Co-ordinating with Operations team for site requirements

To prepare the Training calendar & register for the site

To prepare site related various trackers for Help Desk & Operations team basis site to site requirements.

To prepare site related various Forms & Formats for regular coordination with internal customers of client.

List out HOTO Checklists & regularly track & update the progress on it.

To prepare a detailed snag list of all the HK areas & infrastructure at site.

To ensure site is always to be ready for soft service audit.

To ensure client & OCS HSQE compliance.





Identify & correct Operational as well as HSQE related risks & close tracking mechanism to mitigate in least possible time.

Impart proper inventory control & tracking of material. (With the help of Client & Store In charge).

To customize & impart timely reporting mechanism on daily activities of operation.

Regular Briefing of Soft service staff during site transition.

Draft & implement structured quarterly vendor evaluation process & checklist.

Ensure appropriate shift schedule in place according to site & contract requirement.

To set process for Weekly & Monthly reports.

To prepare a site contingency plan for Critical operations at site like faade, deep cleaning, project cleaning, etc.

To establish an Effective incident management process & implementation.

To propose best practices.

Support the site Operations team with implementation of Data Center Technical Cleaning services.

Implementation of formats for periodic reports for Data Center Technical cleaning services.

To prepare Operations / Transition Manual of Site

To complete Sign Off process for Completion of Transition & handing over to Operations Team
