Role Description The Spa Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based at Bengaluru Airport, responsible for delivering professional spa and wellness services to travelers and guests. Day-to-day activities include performing a variety of spa treatments and facials, providing pedicures and ensuring a clean, hygienic, and calming treatment environment. The role involves greeting guests, understanding their preferences and concerns, recommending appropriate treatments, and maintaining high standards of customer service.



The Spa Therapist will also manage appointment schedules, follow safety and sanitation protocols, and support smooth spa operations in coordination with the wider BASL team.

Qualifications
Hands-on expertise in spa treatments and facials, with the ability to deliver consistent, relaxing, and secure services.
Knowledge of basic cosmetology practices relevant to spa environments, including skin care and grooming techniques.
Proficiency in providing pedicures with attention to hygiene, comfort, and aesthetic outcomes.
Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse guests.
Certification or formal training in spa therapy, cosmetology, or wellness therapies preferred.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a high-traffic airport environment.
Attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Prior experience in a spa, salon, wellness center, or hospitality setting is an advantage.
