Role Description

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team on-site in Greater Noida. In this role, you will drive recent client acquisition by identifying prospective brand partners, leading outbound outreach, pitching our agency services, and closing commercial contracts.

Role Details

Experience Required: 1–2 Years (Agency background mandatory)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Saturday if needed)

Key Responsibilities
Research target industries, D2C brands, and key decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads).
Execute outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate qualified leads.
Lead discovery calls to identify client marketing requirements and assess fit.




Present tailored agency pitches and work with internal teams to build customized campaign proposals.
Manage lead pipelines, maintain timely follow-ups, and navigate negotiations to contract signing.
Track outreach metrics, pipeline stages, and client communication using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
Ensure smooth client onboarding and handover to the campaign execution team upon deal closure.

Requirements & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in B2B business development or client acquisition specifically within a digital marketing, creative, or influencer marketing agency.
Proven track record in prospecting, running discovery calls, and closing agency retainers/campaign deals.
Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills with confident objection handling.
Ability to work in office in Greater Noida full-time.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and LinkedIn outreach.
