We are is looking for a dedicated and responsible Track & Trace Coordinator to join our growing transportation team.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, pays attention to details, and can consistently monitor our trucks and shipments on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Track and monitor trucks and shipments throughout the day using GPS and tracking systems.
Provide regular location updates, ETAs, and delivery status reports.
Communicate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure pickups and deliveries are on schedule.
Proactively identify delays and report issues immediately.
Update customer tracking portals and maintain accurate shipment records.
Follow up on missing tracking updates and ensure no shipment is overlooked.
Coordinate with the dispatch team on daily truck movements.





Requirements:
Previous experience in trucking, logistics, dispatch, or tracking is preferred.
Robust communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Comfortable using computers, GPS tracking software, and Excel.
Solid dedication, accountability, and a sense of responsibility are essential.

We're looking for someone who doesn't need constant reminders and takes pride in keeping every truck and shipment properly monitored.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
