Role Description The position requires working with principal architect of the firm and the extended design team to develop concept designs and schematic designs for large General and Specialty Hospitals. This would require
some familiarity with hospital planning
ability to research and learn planning and interior layouts criteria of medical departments
familiarity with requirements of compliance with statutory codes
reasonable grasp of integrating MEP components into a large complex hospital building
Qualifications;
B. Arch with about 5 years' experience in institutional architecture preferred.
Proficiency in standard software (CAD MS Office Sketch up) expertise in Revit not required
