Role Description The Business Development Associate (EdTech) will focus on growing SHRS’s presence and partnerships within the education technology sector. This is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research on EdTech trends and competitors, and building relationships with institutional, corporate, and EdTech clients. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, explaining service offerings, and supporting client meetings and negotiations. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with recruitment and staffing solutions, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports on sales pipelines and business opportunities.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting,



pipeline management, and follow-up with potential clients.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills, with the ability to analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs in the EdTech domain.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage clients and collaborate with internal teams.
Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in EdTech, education, HR, or recruitment services.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or EdTech are an added advantage.
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and basic data analysis for reporting.
