Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and provide timely resolution to patient queries.

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM, or Patient Calling.
Solid experience handling patient calls and customer service responsibilities.
Knowledge of Eligibility Verification, Patient Collections, Denials, Rejections, Payment Posting, and Insurance Processing.
Understanding of CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms.
Hands-on experience with medical billing software such as Kareo, Therapy Notes, Straightforward Practice, TheraNest, YouthCare, or similar platforms.
Experience in Physician Billing, Chiropractic, Mental Health, Behavioral Health, or Nephrology Billing is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach.
Experience in client interaction, audits, quality assurance, or team management will be an added advantage.




Assist patients with billing, insurance, payment, eligibility verification, denials, and claim-related concerns.
Maintain detailed call logs, patient records, and communication databases.
Follow communication scripts and ensure a positive patient experience during every interaction.
Perform accurate data entry and update patient information in billing systems.
Coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel and CRM tools.
Ensure all queries are resolved within defined turnaround times (TAT).
Support patient collections, payment posting, insurance processing, and account follow-ups.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
