We are looking for a seasoned leader to head large-scale Operations, Project Delivery, Engineering, and Services for a leading Industrial Automation business. The role carries full responsibility for operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team leadership across India.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Engineering, Projects, and Services operations across India.
Drive Revenue, Gross Margin, Cash Flow, and overall business performance.
Ensure successful delivery of large automation projects from execution through customer acceptance and warranty support.
Build and develop high-performing teams and future leaders.
Drive operational excellence, process improvement, and delivery transformation.
Strengthen customer relationships and contribute to strategic business growth.

Ideal Candidate
15+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Process Control, or Engineering Services.
Proven leadership experience managing large-scale operations, project delivery, and P&L.;
Solid understanding of Industrial Controls, Automation Systems, and key industrial sectors.
Exceptional stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and change leadership capabilities.
