Role Description This is a full time, on-site Tax Preparer role based in Hyderabad. The Tax Preparer is responsible for preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns in compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and verifying financial information from clients, analyzing financial statements, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and ensuring accurate and timely filing. The role involves staying current with changes in tax law, addressing tax-related queries, and collaborating with finance and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies. The Tax Preparer will also maintain organized records, support audit processes when needed, and uphold confidentiality and skilled ethics in all client interactions.

Qualifications
Ability to perform accurate and compliant Tax Preparation for individuals and businesses.
Strong understanding of Tax regulations and Tax Law relevant to direct and indirect taxes.
Experience working with Financial Statements,



including reviewing and interpreting balance sheets and income statements.
Foundational knowledge of Finance principles to analyze financial data and support tax planning decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CPA, EA) are an advantage.
Proficiency with tax preparation software and MS Excel, including use of formulas and basic data analysis tools.
Solid attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain tax concepts clearly to non-specialists.
High level of integrity, commitment to confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance standards.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving tax and regulatory requirements.
