Handle room reservations, booking enquiries and guest requests.
Attend telephone calls, emails and WhatsApp enquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate guest records and update the PMS/registers.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for room readiness.
Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Provide information about resort facilities, services and local attractions.
Prepare guest bills, collect payments and coordinate with Accounts.
Maintain Front Office cleanliness, discipline and qualified standards.
Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through courteous and efficient service.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
