We are a leading B2B IT software enterprise in Akshar Chowk, Vadodara providing web-based software to different manufacturing companies. We are looking for a fresher candidate for Backoffice Support for our software.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain our products/services clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with leads and potential customers by phone.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
Requirements
Education: Any Graduate (Students/12th pass: Please do not apply)
Communication Skills: Valuable command over Hindi and English (Read and Write).
Experience: Freshers to 2 Years max
Day shift / Morning job — 100% in-office role (No traveling involved)
