Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, courier operations, dispatch, or supply chain coordination.
Experience tracking inbound and outbound courier costs and maintaining detailed shipment records.
Working knowledge of courier rate cards, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Ability to analyse shipment and cost data to identify high-cost routes, redundant shipments, and savings opportunities.
Experience coordinating with courier vendors and internal teams to resolve delivery, service, and billing issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience preparing cost and performance reports.
Robust communication, coordination, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.
Valuable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.
Must be based in or willing to work in Bangalore.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
