Industry: Home Cleaning Products Manufacturing Job Summary: Responsible for developing current home-cleaning products and packaging solutions, improving existing products, and coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely product launches.

Key Responsibilities
Develop current products and improve existing products such as scrubbers, scrub pads, sponge wipes, microfiber cloths, mops, and wipers.
Coordinate product sampling, testing, and quality checks.
Develop packaging designs, artwork, labels, and specifications for retail and private-label customers.
Coordinate with packaging vendors, printers, and raw material suppliers.
Evaluate packaging materials, costing, and cost-effective alternatives.
Ensure packaging meets customer requirements and quality standards.




Maintain product specifications, sample records, and packaging approvals.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Quality Control teams. Qualifications &

Experience:
Graduate or diploma in Packaging, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in product development or packaging, preferably in FMCG or home-care manufacturing.
Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, product costing, and supplier coordination.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Pay: ₹40,000.00
