An Assistant Food & Beverage (F&B;) Manager supports the F&B; Manager in overseeing daily dining, bar, room service, and banqueting operations to ensure high service standards, team performance, and profitability.

Core Responsibilities
Operations Oversight: Supervise daily floor service, dining rooms, bars, and special events to maintain smooth workflows.
Staff Leadership & Training: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate service and kitchen support staff while fostering a team-oriented work workplace.
Inventory & Cost Control: Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, monitor waste, and assist with purchasing and supplier coordination.
Guest Relations: Monitor customer satisfaction, handle feedback or complaints promptly, and build loyal clientele.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and local health regulations across all outlets.
Reporting & Administration: Track sales,



monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), handle billing reconciliations, and assist with budget execution.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: A bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Food Service Management is preferred by many properties.
Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of supervisory or hands-on experience in hotel, restaurant, or banquet F&B; operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) software, property management systems (PMS), and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
Soft Skills: Robust leadership, active communication, problem-solving under pressure, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
