Role Description

This is a full-time, in office sales and marketing role based in Current Delhi. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, presenting HR TEAM’s services to potential clients, and maintaining robust relationships with existing customers. Daily tasks include conducting sales meetings and presentations, managing follow-ups, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery. The team member will support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, events, and digital outreach to build brand awareness and generate leads. The role also includes gathering market insights, contributing to sales strategies, and providing training support for clients or colleagues when needed.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to support client education and internal knowledge sharing.
Relevant experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in services or HR-related industries.
Ability to work on-site in Current Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a rapid-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or sales tracking tools is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
