Role Description: The Performance Specialist role at Crysta IVF is a full-time, on-site position based in North Delhi.



This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing operational performance across clinics, identifying trends, gaps, and prospects for improvement. The Performance Specialist will track key performance indicators, prepare reports and dashboards, and present insights to management and clinical teams to support data-driven decisions. Daily activities include coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, validating performance data, conducting performance testing of processes or initiatives, and recommending corrective actions to enhance efficiency and patient experience. The role also involves supporting the implementation of performance management frameworks, ensuring adherence to standards, and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

What we're looking for:
Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
Expertise in campaign management and optimisation
Knowledge of GTM & GA4
Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS and performance metrics
