Position: Passenger Service Executive (PSE) – Ground Staff

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Key Requirement: Excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities:




Assist passengers during airport check-in and boarding procedures.
Verify passenger tickets, identification and travel documents.
Issue boarding passes and assist with seat allocation.
Coordinate baggage tagging and excess baggage requirements.
Guide passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding gates and airport facilities.
Handle passenger queries, complaints and special assistance requests.
Coordinate with airline and airport operations teams.
Ensure compliance with airline policies and airport procedures.

Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable customer service and passenger-handling abilities.
