Key Responsibilities
Lead client communication and relationship management
Convert requirements into clear internal briefs
Coordinate across performance, content, and design teams
Ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution
Manage feedback, escalations, and client expectations
Drive retention and identify growth opportunities What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years in client servicing / account management (agency preferred)




Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
Transparent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced workplace
High ownership and problem-solving mindset Note: This role requires accountability, speed, and ownership. If you prefer structured, low-paced roles, this may not be the right fit.
