We are looking for detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable (AP) professionals to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and accounts payable operations working experience in SAP and manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Purchase Order (PO) and Non-Purchase Order (Non-PO) invoices, ensuring accuracy of invoice details, tax calculations, and supporting documents.
2. Prepare and maintain query reports, MIS reports, and other relevant financial reports.
3. Coordinate with business stakeholders and internal teams to understand and ensure compliance with established processes.
4. Follow up regularly with business teams to resolve outstanding queries and maintain accurate and clean financial records.
5. Provide timely updates to business stakeholders on open queries and support reconciliations by verifying entries and comparing system reports with account balances.

Review vendor ledgers and ensure books of accounts are accurate and up to date.
7. Interact with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, clarify invoice details, and address payment-related queries while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
8. Prepare and present monthly reports with appropriate financial analysis.
9. Collaborate with other SSC team members to achieve individual and team objectives while maintaining high customer service standards.
10. Provide support to other finance processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Vendor Management, as required.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Good knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes and invoice processing.
- Understanding of PO and Non-PO invoice processing.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable tax validations.
- Experience in vendor reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting and SAP.
- Must have worked into a Manufacturing industry.

Experience - 5 to 10 years Qualification - B.Com
